Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading or using HUSH, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"), which governs your license to use the app. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the EULA, the EULA controls. HUSH is from FLY(er), designed and built by Joseph Rochlin ("we", "us").

What HUSH does

HUSH blocks ads and trackers on your iPhone using an on-device VPN configuration and an optional Safari extension. Blocking works by stopping known ad and tracker addresses. Because websites and apps change constantly, HUSH cannot guarantee that every ad or tracker will be blocked, and blocking can occasionally affect how a site or app works. If that happens, you can allow the site in HUSH, turn off YouTube blocking, or switch HUSH off.

Free trial and subscriptions

• HUSH offers a Yearly subscription (with a 14-day free trial for eligible new customers), a Monthly subscription, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you buy Lifetime while a trial or subscription is active, cancel the subscription in Settings to avoid being charged for it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Gift codes

Gift codes are issued by us at our discretion and redeemed through Apple. They are personal, can't be exchanged for cash, and may expire or be limited in number.

Acceptable use

Use HUSH only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms and the EULA. Don't attempt to copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app, except as the law allows.

Third-party services

Allowed lookups are answered by Cloudflare's public DNS resolver, 1.1.1.1. Purchases are processed by Apple. We're not responsible for third-party services, which have their own terms.

Disclaimer

HUSH is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of HUSH. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for HUSH in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use HUSH after that means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
